How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@kjga.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Why isn't today's drop showing up?
New drops are generated daily. If today's isn't showing yet, pull to refresh on the home screen. If the issue persists for more than an hour, email us.
Audio stops when I lock my phone.
kjga is built to keep playing in the background and on the lock screen. If audio cuts out, make sure iOS hasn't put the app under aggressive battery saving — Settings → General → Background App Refresh should be on for kjga. If it still happens, email us with your iOS version.
How do I send feedback or request a theme?
We love this. Email support@kjga.com — theme suggestions, bug reports, anything.
Is there a web or Android version?
Not yet. kjga is iPhone-only for now. Android and web are on the long list but not soon.
