Cold, Rain Shorten Team Championship
Mother nature just did not cooperate with players competing in the 2nd Annual Mt. Dew Team Championship held at Big Spring Country Club. The rains started around 1:00 and never let up. Temperatures continued to fall throughout the afternoon, forcing the committee to call the players in.
Scorecards were collected and winners were determined by the team score in relation to par. The winners for each age group are listed below with their score in relation to par.
Girls 14 - 15: Lydia Gumm & Kate Larimore (+3)
Girls 16 - 18: Nikki Koller & Candice Wiley (+1)
Boys 13 - 14: Matt Kern & Michael Bernard (+2)
Boys 15 - 16: David Snyder & Hunter Stewart (+3)
Boys 17 - 18: Zach Butler & Blanton Farmer (Even)
